What is included in the base price?
Each package covers pickup, sorting, washing or dry cleaning, and pressing based on the tier you select. Delivery back to your address in Giza is included in every plan, with no separate transport fee.
Do you charge extra for stain removal?
Light stain treatment is included in the Household and Premium Care packages. For heavily soiled or delicate garments requiring specialized treatment, we provide a quote before starting the work.
Can I switch plans if my laundry needs change?
Yes, you can move between the Starter, Household, and Premium Care packages at the start of any billing cycle. Just let our team know in advance so we can adjust your pickup schedule.
How do you handle payment?
Payment is collected monthly and can be made in cash on pickup or delivery, or through bank transfer. We provide a receipt detailing the garments processed and services applied for each visit.
What happens if a garment is damaged during cleaning?
We inspect items before processing and flag any pre-existing wear. If damage occurs due to our handling, we discuss the issue directly with you and work out a fair resolution based on the garment's condition.
